Your new role - Communicate with front-line sales teams and entrepreneur clients to understand their risk and return preferences, gather their financial service needs, and provide feedback to the strategy research and product management teams, offering suggestions for financial product design.
- Utilize resources from the strategy research and product management teams to provide family wealth check-up services and asset allocation investment advisory to entrepreneur clients.
- Familiarize yourself with the company's financial products and recommend those that match clients' preferences, facilitating account opening and subscription to relevant financial products.
- Handle daily trading for discretionary accounts of entrepreneur clients, regularly report account investment status, and address any financial service-related queries, assisting clients with transactions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university, preferably in finance, economics, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience as a product manager in private banking, or over 5 years of sales experience in asset management companies, with a deep understanding of various asset classes and strategies, macroeconomics, financial markets, and different fund strategies.
- In-depth understanding of the investment characteristics and risks of various financial products, with a strong grasp of the financial market environment and client investment needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong ability to work under pressure and adapt, capable of working independently and handling significant work stress. Outgoing personality, willing to communicate with high-net-worth clients.
- Native-level fluency in Mandarin is essential, as our primary client base is Chinese/Asian HNW individuals.
