Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall corporate services (Share Incentive Plan) and family office businesses
  • Responsible for setting up business strategies, goals, procedures and policies
  • Identify business opportunities and establish sales plan and initiatives
  • Maintain good business relationship with clients and business partners
  • Provide in-house training to various business teams
  • Oversee daily business and operations
  • Supervise the team on regulated activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulatory requirements, including internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in brokerage firms, banks, or other financial institutes
  • At least 3 years in the capacity of a team manager
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Good knowledge of Share Incentive Plan is a must
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
