Key Responsibilities
- Support regional legal matters including transactions, compliance, and contract management
- Draft and review legal documents: agreements, resolutions, filings, board materials
- Conduct legal research and provide insight on commercial, banking, and regulatory topics
- Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of paralegal experience in an international law firm or within the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of financial products and the banking industry
- Company secretarial exposure-including board support, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience with company secretarial systems and legal technology platforms is an advantage
