Your new company One of the largest life insurers is looking for a junior candidate who is enthusiastic about life insurance product development, preferably with an actuarial background.
Your new role
Support the development and implementation of insurance product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product design and positioning.
Prepare and maintain product documentation, including contracts, specifications, training materials, and launch presentations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, IT, Actuarial, Marketing) to ensure timely and high-quality product launches and regulatory updates.
Perform User Acceptance Testing and assist with product maintenance tasks for business, including updates to literature and periodic reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
University or college graduate with 2-3 years of experience in insurance product development; actuarial science background preferred.
Hands-on experience in product implementation and UAT processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and capable of innovative thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
