A leading Corporate Bank is hiring a Manager for their Management Reporting (Revenue) team.
Role Overview
My client is seeking a highly analytical and driven Management Reporting Manager to join their team. This role will focus on revenue performance across segments and products, providing actionable insights to senior management and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and dashboards highlighting key revenue trends and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Business and Product Heads to monitor revenue, customer profitability, and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) results.
- Conduct variance analysis and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on identifying revenue opportunities and performance gaps.
- Continuously enhance reporting deliverables through automation and process improvements.
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests with clear, data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2-7 years of experience in management reporting or business finance, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services; knowledge of Global Market Products is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is advantageous.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
