Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handle the firm's credit collection and control processes
- Perform debt collection and follow-up on cases
- Monitor current and outstanding balances
- Handle regular reporting and data analysis
- Ensure workflow meets control requirements
- Partner with Insurance agents and brokers, Operations departments and other stakeholders to resolve any issues
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ Years of Experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivables
- Exposure in the Insurance industry is a plus
- Solid communication skills
- Teamwork mindset
- Goal-driven
