Your new company A renowned global bank is seeking an Analyst to join their Human Resources team, supporting APAC HR projects.
Your new role - Lead and support HR process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives, such as e-form creation and system integrations, for enhanced efficiency and employee experience.
- Coordinate internal updates of HR policies and procedures
- Liaise with HR teams and oversee the performance of external service vendors
- Prepare reports and contribute to regional HR projects and ad-hoc assignments
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of HR experience within financial services or multinational environments
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and solid Cantonese communication skills
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
