About The Role
As part of the Executive Management Division under HR, you will shape the future leadership of our company by designing and driving initiatives that develop high-potential executives across C-suite and C-1 levels. Your work will anchor succession planning strategies and enable cross-functional rotation programs across geographies and business units, building global-ready leaders with agility and vision.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and evolve executive coaching frameworks tailored for senior leaders
- Conduct robust performance and potential assessments using tools like 360 feedback, psychometrics, and executive profiling
- Design and implement job rotation and leadership exposure programs across functions and global locations
- Partner with senior leadership on succession planning and talent risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal and external experts on executive development, mentoring, and training initiatives
- Leverage data-driven insights to align leadership capability with future business needs
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or strategic HR roles
- Proven track record in Chinese companies, preferably in fast-changing sectors like tech, e-commerce, or innovation-driven enterprises
- Deep understanding of Mandarin business culture and fluent Mandarin communication skills
- Familiarity with executive profiling tools and cross-border talent development practices
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
