Your new role
This role will be an integral part of a collaborative team working alongside Client Advisors. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate client profiles and facilitating necessary processes in accordance with compliance standards. You will:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of client documentation in accordance with internal procedures and compliance standards.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support ad hoc requests and projects as directed by team members or management.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic enquiries and assist in resolving routine issues.
What you'll need to succeed
- Banking knowledge/experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role (preferred).
- Language proficiencies in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
