Your new role
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and participate in our digital activation initiative. In this role, you will support Client Advisors in assisting clients with digital banking activation and platform usage. Collaborating closely with team leaders, you'll ensure impeccable client experiences and follow up promptly and professionally with markets and clients for any enquiries. Building strong relationships with Client Advisors will be crucial.
Responsibilities:
- To participate in the digital activation initiative by supporting Client Advisors to assist their clients with digital banking activation and platform usage
- Working closely with team leaders to deliver impeccable client experience
- Following up in a timely and professional manner with markets and clients for their enquiries
- Handle client and staff enquiries relating to bank's digital offerings
- Handle queries over the phone or face-to-face meeting
- Support troubleshooting of client issues relating to digital services
- Support internal digital initiatives with client-facing staff
What you need to succeed
- University banking graduates welcome to apply
- 1-2 years of experience in banking/ finance is a plus
- Client focused and attention to detail
- Good communicator and problem-solver
