Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer and distribution channel data to identify growth opportunities (acquisition, cross-selling, retention, etc.).
  • Partner with business teams to define analytics needs and deliver insights for decision-making.
  • Support marketing campaigns with data-driven targeting, opportunity sizing, and lead generation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Hands-on experience in large-scale analytics projects.
  • Proficient in Python & SQL; knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
  • Experience in segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytics strategy.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and driving results.
  • Ability to lead projects independently with strong execution focus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (English & Chinese).
