Key Responsibilities:
- Expand transaction business by promoting transaction banking products and enhancing market presence in Hong Kong and East Asia.
- Achieve business targets by independently handling customer requests and specific business cases.
- Activate and support the usage of fund transfer services through SMAR&TS, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the implementation of new services and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer support related to transaction banking products.
- Execute innovative marketing promotions to attract new customers and increase transaction volumes.
- Maintain strong communication with front office and operations teams for effective implementation and support of transaction banking services.
- Independently manage compliance-related tasks, ensuring adherence to HKMA guidelines and internal policies.
- Generate CMS transaction reports and maintain the customer database to track performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and expertise in banking, particularly in transaction banking.
- Strong understanding of transaction business services and related tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team engagement.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Creative thinker capable of proposing innovative ideas for promoting transaction banking services and making informed decisions.
