Your role As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering impactful presentations, and providing consultative solutions to clients. You will work closely with executive-level stakeholders, analyse customer requirements, and offer tailored proposals that meet their business needs. Your role also includes maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services for segmented accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and conduct executive-level presentations.
- Deliver live product demonstrations and define customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets with strategic consultative skills.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed - 2-3 years of sales or presales experience in the ICT industry (experience in printing/publishing is a plus).
- Understanding of IT workflows, data printing, and/or solution selling.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Awareness and compliance with information security policies and procedures.
