Your role
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering impactful presentations, and providing consultative solutions to clients. You will work closely with executive-level stakeholders, analyse customer requirements, and offer tailored proposals that meet their business needs. Your role also includes maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting services for segmented accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and conduct executive-level presentations.
  • Deliver live product demonstrations and define customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets with strategic consultative skills.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 2-3 years of sales or presales experience in the ICT industry (experience in printing/publishing is a plus).
  • Understanding of IT workflows, data printing, and/or solution selling.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Awareness and compliance with information security policies and procedures.
