We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead and oversee complex technology programs within the banking sector. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in IT project delivery, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance in financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale IT initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy laws, and internal governance standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems, digital transformation, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKMA, MAS, GDPR).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
