We are seeking a talented System Engineer (Linux) for one of our reputable in-house clients.
Your new role
- Optimise Linux servers (Red Hat and Ubuntu) and maintain data storage clusters.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
- Document system configurations and procedures comprehensively.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed
- 4+ years of Linux server administration or data centre operations experience
- Proficient in Unix/Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu)
- Familiar with scripting (Java, BASH, Python).
- Knowledge of storage technologies (OneFS, Dell PowerScale) preferred.
- Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and security infrastructure is a plus.
