Your new company Our business partner is a reputable bank that is seeking Team Head-Sales in Cash Management across Transaction Banking to develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve and surpass Cash Management goals.
Your new role As a team lead, you will be responsible for:
- Inspire, guide, and mentor sales managers to deliver top-tier performance. Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive team culture rooted in client-centricity and operational excellence.
- Strengthen ties with key internal and external partners-including relationship managers, product experts, and institutional clients-and act as the primary escalation contact for complex or high-stakes client matters.
- Manage the full cycle of solution implementation in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Champion process enhancements to streamline onboarding and boost client satisfaction.
- Track team performance, sales metrics, and operational KPIs, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have at least 10 years of relevant sales experience in cash management within transaction banking, preferably with reputable financial institutions and banks. Knowledge of cash management and transaction banking is a must. A tertiary degree coupled with proficiency in English and Chinese would be required. Team management experience is necessary.
