My client is a leading insurance company in Hong Kong, and is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team.
#### Key Responsibilities:
- *Daily Schedule Management:* Organise and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- *Travel Arrangements:* Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
- *Presentation Support:* Gather and prepare materials for PowerPoint presentations, ensuring all information is accurate and visually appealing.
- *Project Coordination:* Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- *Communication Liaison:* Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
#### Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
