Your new role
Business Planning & Monitoring
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans for the Private Banking division.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.
Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance and profitability.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for senior management.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Market & Competitor Intelligence:
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and provide insights on market positioning.
  • Explore new market segments and business development opportunities.
Data Management & Reporting:
  • Collect, clean, and analyse internal and external data relevant to private banking.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in both Chinese and English.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Strategy, and Risk.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Head of Private Banking and other departments.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in private banking, financial analysis, or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
