HKMC Annuity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong.
Job Description:
- To be responsible for daily life operations activities, including new application processing, correspondence preparation, premium collection, policy servicing and annuity payment arrangement, and claims applications handling;
- To perform quality checking;
- To handle enquiries from customer service team and sales staff;
- To support new project initiatives and participate in UAT as assigned;
- To conduct training for internal staff and develop user / procedural manual; and
- To perform other duties and ad hoc tasks to support departmental operations as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated, with a minimum of 4 years experience in life insurance industry mainly in underwriting or policy administration;
- Professional insurance qualifications of IIQE Paper 1 and 3 or FLMI will be an advantage;
- Familiar with insurance policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements;
- Attentive to details, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a positive mind set;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, computer skill including Chinese word processing;
- A good team player and able to work under pressure; and
- Proficient in written English and Chinese.
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate.)
