Responsibilities:
- Define, own and manage project plan and project planning change controls
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and vendor project teams in both locations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance, data security, and IT policies.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and communications to report on milestones, budget, risks, and issues.
- Chair the Project Steering Committee to ensure strategic alignment, timely decision-making, and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Proactively manage changes to scope of deliveries, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
Skills Required:
- Strong delivery manager with solid experience gained in the financial services industry (ideally investment banking but other areas of BFSI will be considered)
- Finance (GL, AP, ERP, Financials etc) transformation experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Experience and ability to make technical design/implementation decisions
