Job Descriptions: Support HR Generalists in daily client service tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, responding to employee inquiries, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Maintain and update employee records for new hires, internal transfers, leaves of absence, and departures. Assist with HRIS implementation and ongoing maintenance. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as opportunities arise. Job Requirement:

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Available to work at least 3 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
