Key Responsibilities:
Manage the setup, testing, and timely deployment of application content, including discount coupons and other operational tools. Work in partnership with product and marketing teams to ensure app content aligns with campaign goals. Develop, implement, and continuously refine workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Create, document, and keep updated detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for essential processes. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend effective, data-driven solutions. Support the team in tracking and analyzing sales data, offering actionable insights to enhance performance. Lead and oversee a team, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and morale. Monitor operations to ensure they stay within the allocated budget. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business or sales operations, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in team management and mentorship. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and direct a team toward achieving company objectives. Practical experience in designing workflows, creating SOPs, and refining operational processes. Skilled in tracking sales data, establishing targets, and monitoring performance against budgetary constraints.
