Key Responsibilities:
Prepare OS standard builds and conduct testing on in-house tools.
Provide advanced L3/L4 support for complex infrastructure and application issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve network, storage, and application challenges.
Conduct performance tuning to enhance resource utilization and system response times.
Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for new technologies.
Analyze infrastructure for improvements and implement optimization strategies.
Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
Engage with senior management to communicate technical strategies and project status.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or relevant field.
Approximately 10 years of experience in infrastructure management.
Expertise in RedHat Linux, Microsoft Windows, and VMware.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL), and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
Excellent communication skills and project management experience.
