As part of their dynamic security team, they have added a new headcount for anInformation Security Consultantto play a pivotal role in safeguarding critical systems, data, and applications, while driving strategic security initiatives that enhance resilience and protect customer interests.
As anInformation Security Consultant, you will be responsible to:-
- Support the governance and rollout of security policies, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Assist security-driven projects focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability remediation, and risk mitigation.
- Establish streamlined processes to detect and respond to technology threats, preventing unauthorized access and potential breaches.
- Conduct IAM operations—including role-based access reviews, provisioning, and certification cycles—aligned with audit and compliance standards.
- Oversee ongoing vulnerability assessments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure prompt and effective remediation.
- Track and consolidate progress on audit resolutions, prioritizing issues related to IAM and vulnerabilities.
To qualify for this role as anInformation Security Consultant, you possess:-
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in information security governance or IT controls, ideally within financial services.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data analysis is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of IAM frameworks and vulnerability management processes.
- Familiarity with IT audit, risk control, or project coordination is a plus.
- Recognized security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM will give you an edge.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
