Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for traders and internal stakeholders, providing timely and effective support.
- Own and resolve support queries with a strong sense of accountability, ensuring clear and professional communication aligned with internal SLAs.
- Collaborate closely with trading, product, and development teams to triage and resolve issues.
- Monitor trading systems proactively, leveraging and enhancing existing logging and alerting tools.
- Rapidly identify and troubleshoot incidents to minimize downtime and ensure system stability.
- Conduct and continuously improve pre-market checks to guarantee platform readiness before trading begins.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a trading, financial services, or banking environment.
- Strong clients focus with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Linux-based systems.
- Experience in supporting real-time trading platforms or similar mission-critical systems is a plus.
