Responsibilities: Customer Due Diligence/AML Assessment - Employee Benefits & Pension - Train and monitor/QA OSS AML Team on handling AML assessment/ clearance
- Ensure that OSS AML Team's performance is satisfactory with no QA findings or keep such findings to the minimal
- Check and follow-up with Sales Team on the AML required documents from clients
- Ensure AML required documentation are collected for applicable products
- Conduct Dow Jones checking on beneficial owners, directors and authorized persons of client companies
- Escalate hit cases to Compliance for comments and to senior management for approval
- Ensure filing of CDD documents/evidence is properly done and CDD logs are updated
Administrative Procedure Review - Employee Benefits & Pension - Assist in reviewing necessary documents and review procedures to enhance controls and efficiency
- On-time identification of errors, delays or any other problems, with subsequent diagnosis & resolution via corrective and preventive measures
Responsibilities: - University graduate with minimum 5 years AML handling (Line 1) experience preferably with major insurers and/or banks
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with good presentation skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Good PC skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
