This role initially starts as a 1 year contract position, with a view to extend or convert to a permanent role.

As aBusiness Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:-

    • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and documentation
    • Collaborate with chatbot vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to align solution design
    • Curate chatbot content, define intents, and continuously refine responses for improved accuracy
    • Coordinate UAT planning and execution, including test scenario design and issue management
    • Run end-user workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops to ensure adoption success
    • Support project coordination, stakeholder communications, and operational documentation

To be considered for the role ofBusiness Analyst, you possess the following:-

    • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong understanding of life insurance operations (e.g. agency, customer service)
    • Hands-on involvement in chatbot, knowledge management, or AI-related projects
    • Excellent ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
    • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and end users
    • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
    • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
    • Immediate availability preferred
