Title: Head of HR - Trading copmany Location: Hong Kong
As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategies and practices. You will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and capable workforce.
- Establish and manage performance appraisal systems that foster employee development and accountability.
- Creating positive culture through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and support HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Oversee compensation strategies and benefits administration to attract and retain talent.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 – 15 years of hands-on HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communication is a perquisite.
- Travel to China will be required
- Experience in US or UK markets is a plus
