Core Responsibilities
1.Platform Operations & Support
• Manage day-to-day platform operations to ensure system stability and service quality compliance
• Coordinate with technical teams for rapid response and resolution of product/platform issues
• Serve as primary liaison among Product, Technology, Compliance, and Finance teams
2.Performance Monitoring & Operational Reporting
• Generate daily reports on transactions, revenue, and KPIs
• Produce monthly business operations analysis reports to support management decisions
• Monitor data trends/abnormalities, identify operational bottlenecks, and initiate early warnings
3. Product Launch Support
• Track feature releases, issue fixes, and optimization progress
• Maintain product launch logs and ensure operational readiness of release processes
• Drive alignment on timelines across Product, Technology, and Operations teams
4. Backend Management & System Configuration
• Maintain backend management systems to ensure accuracy in permission settings, data flows, and feature updates
• Execute routine tasks: user permission configuration, data reconciliation, and platform testing
5. Process Optimization & Standardization
• Continuously identify and improve process pain points to enhance operational efficiency and system scalability
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree or above; Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related fields preferred
2. 4+ years in operations/middle office/platform support; FinTech, payment, digital banking, or crypto/DeFi background preferred
3. Proficient in backend management, product lifecycle, and system architecture
4. Strong data analysis skills with expertise in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
5.Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills; detail-oriented and logical
6. Understanding of digital assets, blockchain platforms, or FX/fund settlement preferred
