• Evaluate applications and shortlist qualified candidates.
4.Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews and conduct initial/technical assessments.
5. Background Verification
• Verify candidates employment history and professional background.
6. Offer Negotiation
• Negotiate compensation packages (salary, benefits) to secure candidate acceptance.
7. Onboarding Support
• Facilitate new hire integration and ensure smooth team assimilation.
Required Skills
1. Industry Knowledge
• Understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and core Web3 technologies.
2. Recruitment Experience
• Proven track record in HR/talent acquisition; familiarity with end-to-end hiring processes.
3. Communication Skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
