A fast-growing hedge fund platform in Hong Kong is expanding its Legal & Compliance team and is looking for a Junior Compliance Specialist to join their dynamic environment. This is a new headcount created to support the firm's growth and upcoming projects.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with AML/KYC checks and fund onboarding
- Support regulatory filings and licensing processes
- Monitor compliance activities (e.g., personal dealings, CPT, sanctions, investment breaches)
- Liaise with internal teams and external fund counterparties
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and help update internal policies
- Contribute to compliance projects and ad hoc research
Who We're Looking For:
- Degree holder in Law, Finance, or related disciplines
- Ideally 1 year of in-house compliance experience (internship experience also considered)
- Strong research and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
- Fluent in English and Chinese
