Our client, a leading global investment firm, is looking for a part-time Receptionist to provide support for their Hong Kong office. This would be a great opportunity for someone with a professional demeanour and strong organisational skills looking for flexible, part-time work in a corporate environment.
Your new role
- Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Support office operations, including supplies and pantry upkeep
- Assist with internal events and meeting room coordination
- Help with basic facilities tasks and vendor coordination
- Provide backup coverage during staff absences or peak periods
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or admin role
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in a finance or corporate setting is a plus.
- Availability of flexible, part-time hours
