Our client, a leading multinational organization in the beauty and retail sector, is seeking a Regional Infrastructure Manager based in Hong Kong. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to IT operations and infrastructure projects across the APAC region in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your New Role
- Manage IT support for Hong Kong offices and stores, including hardware, software, network, and telecommunications.
- Provide Level 2 operational support and train Level 1 support teams to improve SLA and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with local IT teams to enhance support models and implement infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, monitor infrastructure performance, and plan upgrades and migrations.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of services and maintain IT documentation.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of experience in regional IT operations.
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Apps, SCCM, Intune, DHCP, DNS, and hybrid Exchange.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (Switch, Router, VPN), Zscaler Proxy, VMware, Dell Storage, Veeam Backup, and Azure.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience in ITIL processes for IT service management.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) for effective communication.
