Overview We are adding a new headcount for a Korean-speaking corporate banker to join the bank, to focus on syndicated finance and corporate banking coverage. The individual is expected to have basic knowledge of credit analysis and corporate lending.
Relocation to Hong Kong is welcome.
Yo ur New Role: - Proactively source new business opportunities from syndicated loan arrangers and corporate clients.
- Prepare comprehensive credit applications, including detailed analysis of each borrower and guarantor.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as legal advisors, professional valuers, and counterparties.
- Draft facility agreements and review associated legal documentation.
- Manage corporate client relationships, including account opening and documentation execution.
What you'll need to succeed: - Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting (Bachelor's Degree or above)
- At least 5 years of work experience in relevant position
- Native Korean speaking and fluent in English, a bonus to speak and write Chinese
- Good knowledge of credit analysis
