Position Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedProject Managerto join our Research Technology team. This role will be instrumental in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across Research publication, distribution, and event management platforms. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, product managers, compliance, and stakeholders from Research, Sales, and Events to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of technology solutions that support business growth and innovation.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project plans, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure successful delivery
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization
- Gather and validate requirements, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate business needs into actionable plan
- Ensure seamless integration of Research platforms with other systems and tools
Process Optimization & Governance
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with data governance, regulatory, and documentation standards
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress and performance using KPIs and dashboards
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree, preferrably in IT/Computer Engineering, or other Business degree
- 8-10 years of experience in project management within financial services or technology environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Strong understanding of Research business processes, client portals, and event management systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
