Your new role
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for the CEO and Senior Management, supporting decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Support the CEO Office with ad hoc analyses, board materials, investor presentations, and strategic updates.
  • Drive strategic planning cycles, including annual plans, mid-term strategy refreshes, and scenario analyses.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to extract insights and recommend actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across business units to align strategic priorities.


What you'll need to succeed
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or strategic planning in financial services, preferably in Banking.
  • Strong analytical acumen and familiarity with financial modelling and data visualisation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage executive-level deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor degree in the relevant area of study.
  • Proficient communication skills in Chinese Cantonese, Mandarin and in English.
