About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing a large team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's strategic vision for technology, keeping abreast of industry dynamics to benchmark the attractiveness and competitive stance of new initiatives and value propositions. As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, tracking emerging trends to position the company as a thought leader and trusted partner in digital innovation, specifically in building digital platforms. You will identify, select, and manage third-party vendors and technologies to enhance cloud strategies, workflows, and the ongoing implementation of the ERP system. Additionally, you'll develop and refine technology road maps to encourage innovative solutions at the intersections of stakeholder needs, digital technologies, and evolving business models. By working cross-functionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, particularly in IT systems and process optimization. Ultimately, you'll deliver tangible business benefits and formulate both strategic and operational plans to support management in achieving objectives on a global scale.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in project management, focusing on corporate IT systems
- Expertise in any ERP (Oracle, Microsoft D365, SAP) is highly advantageous
- Leveraging AI capabilities to automate processes and improve overall organizational efficiency
- Track record as a 'change agent'-adept at recognizing what's needed for technological success and proactively implementing change
- Strong, strategic grasp of the global technology environment, particularly in the natural and built asset sectors; experience creating digital technology road maps and articulating compelling innovation strategies
- Well-established relationships within innovation and technology networks, with a deep understanding of industry standards
- Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, with proven ability to unite diverse stakeholders and achieve shared objectives
- Good command in Chinese
