About the role
As the Technology Solutions Lead, you will drive the full cycle of digital transformation by leading the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions across operations such as warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supply chain management. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology applications that streamline workflows and address real-world challenges. You will oversee the integration of enterprise applications such as WMS, TMS, and ERP with both new and existing systems, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout the organization. Managing cross-functional project teams, you will be responsible for delivering technology projects on schedule and within budget. Your role also involves conducting market research and vendor assessments, recommending innovative technologies including IoT, AI, automation, and route optimization-that deliver tangible improvements in logistics performance. You will ensure that all systems and solutions comply with the company's security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will mentor and train team members, fostering best practices in technology adoption and use of digital tools. By monitoring system performance, you will proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring our technology landscape evolves to meet both current and future logistics demands.
Required skill sets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT or technology management, with at least 4 years of management skills
- Proven experience with deploying and integrating major manufacturing or logistics applications
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, process mapping, and workflow optimization
- Excellent project management skills, including Agile or similar methodologies
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data analytics, automation, IoT, and cloud-based solutions is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
