Job Responsibilities

1. Product design and innovation

- Lead the design, modeling and pricing of complex financial products such as structured notes (like snowball, FCN, CLI), ABS (Asset securitization products), AMC (Asset Management Plans), etc., to ensure that the products meet market demands and regulatory compliance requirements.

Develop customized structured bill packages to meet the needs of investment immigrants (such as the Hong Kong Investment Immigration Program, etc.) for approved asset allocation, and optimize the risk-return ratio and tax efficiency.

Study the dynamics of the global financial market, innovate the product structure by integrating elements such as derivatives, fixed income, and cross-border assets, and enhance market competitiveness.

2. Full-process management of issuance and listing

- Coordinate the entire process of product Origination, including but not limited to the drafting of legal documents, counterparty negotiations, regulatory filings, and compliance work for Listing on the exchange.

Coordinate external partners such as investment banks, lawyers, rating agencies and custodian banks to promote the efficient implementation of the product.

Manage risk monitoring, valuation disclosure and investor communication during the product's existence period.

3. Market promotion and customer demand analysis

For high-net-worth clients, family offices and institutional investors, we formulate Marketing strategies for structured products, provide professional roadshows and customized solutions for clients.

Deeply explore customer demands, design linked targets in combination with market variables such as interest rates, exchange rates, and bulk commodities, and optimize product appeal.

Train the sales team and channel partners to enhance the market's understanding and acceptance of complex structured products.

4. Cross-border Compliance and resource integration

Ensure that the products comply with regulatory requirements both at home and abroad (such as the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and financial regulatory authorities in the Chinese mainland), with particular attention paid to the compliance review of approved asset classes in the investment immigration program.

Promote the application of structured products in cross-border capital flow scenarios and integrate offshore/onshore resources to achieve a closed loop of funds.

Job Requirements

1. Experience and skills

- Over 3 years of experience in the design, issuance or trading of structured products in financial institutions (investment banks, asset management, private banks, fintech), and having led the complete life cycle management of products such as Xueqiu, FCN, ABS, and CLI.

Familiarity with the issuance rules of domestic and overseas capital markets (such as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the inter-bank market) is required. Candidates with experience in cross-border product architecture are preferred.

Have a profound understanding of investment immigration policies and asset allocation needs, and be capable of designing bill package solutions that comply with regulatory requirements.

2. Professional background

Master's degree or above, majoring in financial engineering, mathematics, economics, finance or related fields.

Those holding professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, and CPA will be given priority.

3. Core Competencies

- Strong cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, capable of coordinating multiple teams such as trading, compliance, law, and sales to advance complex projects.

- Outstanding market acumen and client communication skills, capable of explaining complex structures to high-net-worth clients in non-technical language.

Fluent in English, capable of handling cross-border documents and international client demands.

4. Bonus points

Have experience in cross-border team management and be familiar with the structured product ecosystem in markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and America.

Have participated in the design of financial products or service cases related to investment immigration.
