About The Role
As the Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager of Organizational Development (OD), you will report to the CHRO and act as a catalyst for organizational transformation, serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership and diverse teams. You'll lead critical initiatives that drive talent development, culture, and change management across borders.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary OD partner, managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness and culture in a fast-paced fintech startup environment.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of OD initiatives, including talent management, culture building, leadership development, and change management programs.
- Collaborate closely with founders, the CHRO, and cross-functional teams to support scaling, agility, and performance goals.
- Analyze organizational needs and recommend innovative solutions to enable sustainable growth, employee engagement, and adaptability.
- Support and coach leaders and teams through periods of rapid change, ensuring alignment with business objectives and values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8-12 years of solid OD experience, ideally within fintech, technology, or other high-growth/startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-driven company.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing organizational change, talent development, and culture initiatives.
- High degree of adaptability, resilience, and commitment-candidates passionate about Web3/Fintech are preferred.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
