Responsibilities: - Assist to execute the development strategies of credit card business, including managing customer segments, expanding multi-channel of card issuance, and coordinating cross-selling activities with relevant units to enhance active cross-sell ratio and market penetration rate
- Design and implement initiatives to acquire new customers and stimulate spending from existing cardholders. Develop strategies for brand building and oversee the promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with relevant units to define system development requirements and technical plans to support product launches and enhance customer experience
- Maintain and manage credit card products while defining product features, establishing merchant partnerships and developing marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to enhance service delivery and execute promotion campaigns. Handle customer inquiries related to credit card promotions and assist in monitoring expenses and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Assist to develop the annual plan and budget, control expenses within the financial year, and manage daily payment processes
Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or above
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience at managerial level, preferably with experience in credit card products and banking digitalization
- Familiar with credit card business operations and functions of different departments
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Credit Card Business Manager
