Licensed RO Head (Hong Kong)

1. Responsible for reviewing and supervising all businesses of the Hong Kong subsidiary, and acting as a representative and business head recognized by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC);

2. Serve as the representative and business head of the Hong Kong subsidiary in communicating with the SFC;

3. Be responsible for the operating performance of the Hong Kong subsidiary;

4. Communicate and maintain relationships with the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) and Hong Kong regulatory authorities.

Job Requirements:

1. Hold the licenses required for local business execution in Hong Kong (with RO license holder experience qualifications and substantial RO experience);

2. 至少3年1/4/9类牌照持有人经验，并有丰富的香港金融机构业务管理经验;

3、持有香港身份证或工作签证。
