2. Coordinate with bond issuers and other professional teams (such as lawyers, auditors, credit rating agencies, trustees, etc.) to ensure issuance documents are prepared in accordance with market practices;

3. Chair/attend project kick-off meetings, weekly meetings, due diligence meetings, execution and market update meetings to ensure the smooth progress of projects;

4. Assist the origination team in producing marketing materials and brochures;

5. Prepare and facilitate internal project approval processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
