They are seeking an experienced ETF Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing ETF operations, optimizing execution strategies, and driving continuous improvement in portfolio management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily ETF portfolio operations, including trade execution, rebalancing, and compliance with fund mandates.
  • Manage creation and redemption activities to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Process and reconcile corporate actions to maintain accurate ETF holdings.
  • Conduct pre-trade analysis to determine optimal execution approaches and perform post-trade evaluations to enhance tracking accuracy.
  • Prepare Portfolio Composition Files and generate regulatory and stakeholder reports.
  • Monitor market trends, trading volumes, and liquidity conditions to support data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and tools for greater precision and scalability.
  • Contribute to ETF strategy development and participate in new product launches.
  • Collaborate with market makers, brokers, and other counterparties to ensure seamless primary and secondary market operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in ETF portfolio management or public fund operations.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management systems (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Enfusion).
  • Programming skills (e.g., VBA) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of index methodologies and derivatives (futures, options) is preferred.
  • CFA, FRM, or similar qualifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is beneficial.
