Hong Kong and U.S. Stock Listing Consultation: Provide clients with professional advice on the listing process of Hong Kong and U.S. stocks, including due diligence, compliance requirements, market strategies and follow-up support. Coordinate internal resources to offer clients professional listing consultation and support services.
4. Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to provide strategic suggestions for the team. Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance the company's brand influence in the market.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions or FA (Financial Advisory) companies, with practical experience in Hong Kong and U.S. stock listing projects for overseas companies;
2. Possess rich network resources in the Hong Kong and U.S. stock markets and experience in project development;
3. Demonstrate high professional ethics, excellent communication skills, keen business insight and analytical judgment ability, and be capable of predicting and identifying market opportunities;
