Job Responsibilities:
1.Serve VIP high-net-worth individual clients, providing comprehensive
global asset allocation services by analyzing their wealth management
needs;
2.Convert and develop clients through marketing activities such as
investment salons, high-end forums, family summits, and golf
tournaments;
3.Conduct needs analysis based on clients' asset scale, life goals, expected
return targets, and risk tolerance, and issue professional asset allocation
plans;
4.Adjust the proportion of various products to achieve reasonable asset
allocation, ensuring clients' assets preserve and increase value on a safe
and stable basis;
5.Maintain close communication with clients, regularly introduce new
products, services, and financial market trends, maintain good trust
relationships, and provide professional investment consulting through
continuous follow-up and services.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in finance or
marketing;
2.At least 2 years of work experience in well-known foreign banks,
joint-stock banks, large wealth management institutions, trusts, securities
firms, fund companies, or sales management experience in related
industries such as immigration/study abroad, high-end real estate, clubs,
chambers, or luxury goods. Overseas returnees are preferred, and
requirements can be relaxed;
3.Strong communication and expression skills, pressure resistance,
self-management ability, self-drive, and desire for achievement;13
4.Sharp market insight and accurate customer analysis ability, and high
recognition of the industry, company, and product concepts.
