My client is a leading Crypto Exchange and ecosystem provider, offering secure, efficient, and innovative solutions for institutional and retail clients worldwide. As part of a globally recognized blockchain technology group, the company specializes in cryptocurrency exchange services, liquidity solutions, and tailored financial products for the digital economy.
They are now seeking for a Business Development Manager to enhance their client acquisition and execute strategic partnerships.
Core Responsibilities:
• Source, engage, and onboard HNW & institutional clients, including financial service providers, trading firms, liquidity providers, etc.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships to enhance market penetration and expand the companys institutional footprint.
• Foster and manage high-level relationships with stakeholders across traditional and digital finance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitching to deal negotiation, implementation, and ongoing account growth.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client pain points to identify new business opportunities and tailor value propositions.
Required Experience & Skills:
• More than 2 years' experiences in institutional client acquisition, partnership development, or B2B solutions within financial services, fintech, or blockchain industries.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with financial intermediaries, asset managers, or regulated entities.
• Deep understanding of traditional finance and crypto markets, including trading infrastructure, liquidity dynamics, and operational workflows.
• Strong communicator with the ability to articulate technical, legal, or financial concepts in a compelling, client-centric manner.
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategic positioning, and cultivating long-term client trust.
• Self-motivated with the agility to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
• Professional fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
