Role Overview:
Responsible for promoting and strengthening relationships with selected brokerage partners, working closely with High Net Worth team to drive business growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HNW sales through strategic partnerships.
- Manage and support key HNW broker relationships locally and internationally.
- Expand the reach in the HNW segment.
- Enhance wealth structuring expertise within the organization and across channels.
Requirements:
- University degree (Marketing/Business preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HNW, brokerage, or banking sales.
- Strong knowledge of HNW insurance and market trends.
- Proven success in distribution channel sales and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
