The firm plays a central role in connecting capital markets across Asia and the world, offering clearing, trading, and settlement services across asset classes.

Your new role

You will lead counterparty risk management across the firm's clearing businesses, including OTC derivatives and central counterparty (CCP) operations. This role involves assessing credit exposures, enhancing risk frameworks, and ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations.

  • Conduct counterparty credit risk assessments for clearing participants and trading counterparties.
  • Monitor exposures from OTC derivatives and cleared products, ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite.
  • Develop and enhance counterparty risk frameworks, including stress testing and margin methodologies.
  • Collaborate with clearing, legal, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure robust governance.
  • Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and risk committees.
  • Support regulatory reviews and contribute to strategic initiatives related to clearing risk.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline; advanced degree or certification (e.g., FRM, CFA) preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in counterparty or credit risk, ideally within clearing, derivatives, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of CCP risk, margining, and collateral management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
