Our client is a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking an AI Product Manager to join their team to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure our AI solutions deliver exceptional value, align with business objectives, and meet user needs. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, product management principles, and a passion for driving impactful solutions. This is an initial 12-month contract position with the possibility of renewal.
Key Contributions:
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., customers, engineers, data scientists, and executives) to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams to design, develop, and launch AI products.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Advocate for the end user by leveraging user research, feedback, and data analytics to ensure intuitive and impactful product experiences.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
Core Expectations:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years working on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision.
- Fluent in written and speaking Cantonese & English
